What these terms cover
These terms explain use of the Attors Technologies website. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work or other agreement for paid services. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you have a question, contact [email protected].
Using the website responsibly
You may use this website to learn about Attors, review our work, make a genuine enquiry or apply for a relevant opportunity. Do not use it to send unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, distribute malicious files, obtain unauthorised access, or interfere with the website or another visitor’s use.
Do not use forms for unsolicited bulk messages or attempt to bypass security and rate limits. If you discover a security concern, report it privately to our email address without accessing, altering or disclosing another person’s information.
Enquiries are not confirmed engagements
A form submission, automated receipt or initial discussion does not confirm that Attors has accepted a project, partnership or application. An engagement begins on the terms both sides agree. Website descriptions explain the services available for discussion, not a promise that every request, platform combination or timetable will be accepted.
Before paid work begins, the relevant agreement should identify scope, deliverables, exclusions, dependencies, responsibilities, fees, payment stages and timing. Changes, acceptance criteria, support and any cancellation arrangements should be confirmed in that agreement. No standard price, refund entitlement or delivery deadline is created by submitting an enquiry.
Information and materials you submit
Provide accurate contact information and share only material that you own or are authorised to supply. Include enough context to assess the request, but do not send passwords, confidential client access or unnecessary personal information through an initial enquiry.
Submitting material allows us to review it and respond to the purpose for which you sent it; it does not by itself transfer ownership to Attors. Where confidential material is needed, agree the confidentiality boundaries and a suitable transfer method before sharing it.
Website content and intellectual property
Attors website copy, branding, design and other materials belong to Attors or their respective rights holders. You may view the site and share links to its public pages. Do not reproduce, redistribute or commercially reuse protected materials without the relevant permission or another lawful basis.
Client names, project images, platform names and third-party marks remain associated with their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply an endorsement or a partnership beyond what the relevant page expressly states. Ownership and licences for code, designs, assets and third-party components in a paid project are determined by the project agreement and applicable licences, not by these website terms.
Accuracy, results and availability
We aim to describe our services clearly, but website information may change and can contain errors. Confirm details that matter to your decision in writing. Project examples illustrate particular work; they do not promise the same commercial, traffic, ranking or performance results for another organisation.
The website may be unavailable during maintenance or because of technical issues. No uninterrupted-availability or error-free-operation guarantee is made for this website. If a form fails, you can contact us by email instead.
Third-party websites and services
Links to external websites are provided for context or convenience. Those websites have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. Attors does not control them. Third-party software or services included in a project may also carry separate licence, usage and subscription requirements that need to be considered in the project agreement.
Responsibility and applicable rights
These website terms do not guarantee a particular business outcome or replace the responsibilities agreed for paid work. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific limitations of liability, governing-law provisions or dispute arrangements must be addressed in the relevant agreement rather than assumed from this website.
Questions and changes
Attors Technologies is based at Shadola Road Area, Gujrat, Pakistan. For questions about these terms or to report an issue, email [email protected] or use our contact page. We may revise these website terms as the website changes. A revised website notice does not automatically amend an existing signed project agreement.
