Privacy Policy

About this notice

This notice explains how Attors Technologies handles personal information when you browse this website, contact us, submit a project or partnership brief, or apply for an opportunity. Attors Technologies is based in Gujrat, Pakistan. For privacy questions, email [email protected] or write to Attors Technologies, Shadola Road Area, Gujrat, Pakistan.

This notice covers our own website and business enquiries. Handling personal information within a client project may also require a separate confidentiality or data-processing agreement. A link to another website does not make this notice apply to that website.

Information you provide

  • Contact and project enquiries: your name, email address, company, phone number if provided, preferred contact method, project needs, timing, budget information and any supporting files you choose to send.
  • Agency partnership briefs: your contact details, agency name and website, requested capabilities, proposed working relationship, timing, commercial context and brief.
  • Recruitment applications: your contact details, city, education or professional profile where provided, relevant experience, availability, chosen opportunity and CV or resume.
  • Follow-up correspondence: information you send while discussing an enquiry, application or agreed engagement.

Required fields are marked on each form. We need those details to handle that request; you can leave optional fields blank. Please send only relevant information. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, sensitive personal information or confidential client access in an initial enquiry. Make sure you are authorised to share information about another person or client.

Technical information and cookies

Your browser sends technical information when it requests a page, such as an IP address and browser details. Our form endpoints use request information and submission attempts to limit abuse. Hosting and security systems may also process request logs to operate and protect the website.

The current public frontend does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the current position, browser controls and the distinction between browser storage and information submitted through forms.

Why we use information

  • Respond to your enquiry and understand the services or technical support you need.
  • Review a proposed agency partnership and discuss fit, responsibilities and a practical next step.
  • Review recruitment applications and communicate about the relevant opportunity.
  • Prepare proposals, manage agreed work and maintain relevant business correspondence.
  • Operate the website, investigate errors, prevent spam and protect access.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and handle legitimate disputes or requests.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, these activities may involve steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and protecting our systems, or legal obligations. Where an activity depends on consent, consent must relate to that activity. A privacy acknowledgment on an enquiry or application is not a newsletter subscription or permission for unrelated advertising.

Who receives information

Enquiries and applications are handled by the people responsible for the relevant Attors work or recruitment. Website hosting, email, form-delivery and technical-support providers may process information needed to operate those functions. A partnership brief is passed to our enquiry email channel; recruitment applications and CVs are held in the recruitment backend rather than published as website content.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to obtain professional advice or address a legal claim. We do not sell personal information. Contact us if you need information about the providers involved in a particular request.

International handling

Attors operates from Pakistan. If you contact us from another country, your information will be handled by a business based in Pakistan. The location of any additional processing depends on the providers used for the relevant service. Ask us before sending information that must remain in a particular country or requires a specific data-processing arrangement. This notice does not represent a certification of any international transfer mechanism.

Retention and security

Retention depends on why information was supplied: whether an enquiry is still active, whether it leads to a project, the stage of recruitment, and any applicable record-keeping or dispute requirements. Website security records serve a different purpose from project or recruitment records. This notice does not promise a single deletion period for every category. You can ask about the retention of your particular enquiry or application.

Recruitment files use restricted backend access, and public forms apply validation and abuse controls. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every transmission or storage system is completely secure. If a project requires confidential files or access credentials, agree an appropriate transfer method with us first.

Your choices and privacy requests

Email [email protected] to ask about information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You may also have the right to object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests. Please identify the request and the information concerned. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for contractual or legal reasons; requests are assessed under the applicable rules rather than treated as an unconditional deletion promise.

You can raise a concern with us or with the data-protection authority competent for your location where that right applies. For UK concerns, information is available from the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Applications, children and automated decisions

Our forms are intended for business enquiries and people considering relevant opportunities, not for collecting information from young children. If you believe a child has submitted information inappropriately, contact us. Form validation and spam controls can reject an invalid or excessive submission; they are not an automated assessment of your suitability for a partnership or role.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our website or information-handling arrangements change. The revision date identifies the version you are reading. Review it before submitting new information and contact us if anything is unclear.
